Metal roofing
We used Colorbond and Zincalume metal roofing sheets. Roof Works offers a variety of roofing profiles to suit the structure of your building.
Wall cladding
Wall cladding has become very popular especially in the commercial industries. Roof Works uses Colorbond and Zincalume in both custom orb and mini orb which is a smaller version of custom orb for your wall cladding.
Ventilators
Roof Works can install a wide range of ventilators ranging from roof slope ventilators to ridge ventilators and rotary ventilators.
Insulation
Roof Works provides an anti-condensation insulation with every job, working to stop condensation in ceiling space and acting as a thermal blanket. The insulation prevents condensation from forming on the underside of sheets and dripping onto your ceiling and also helps minimise the greenhouse effect.
Translucent sheeting
Roof Works can supply you with translucent sheeting to give your factories, warehouses or any other buildings natural lighting, saving energy costs by not needing as much artificial light.
Walkways
Roof access walkways are installed to access air-conditioners and mechanical plants. These walkways provide secure pathways for service contractors to gain access to mechanical equipment whilst preventing the roof sheeting from being dented causing leaks.
Box Gutters
Box gutters are highly recommended for commercial buildings with large roof space to decrease the chance of overflowing of gutters. Box gutters are able to carry large volumes of water.
Safety systems
When working on commercial buildings Roof Works employees install safety railing, static rope and harnesses as well as permanent fall arrest systems. All works are carried out to OS & H and Worksafe requirements
Asbestos Removal
Working to the same principles as re-roofing, Roof Works meet Worksafe standards and the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) with all asbestos removal projects. With standard protective clothing used in every project, Roof Works always gains special permission required by the EPA and leaves no fibres or hazardous materials behind on completion.
Downpipe systems
Roof Works can give you advice on what’s the best type of downpipe systems for your building so you wont have to worry about replacing them all the time and make sure you have the right quantity to handle your roofs volume of water. Roof Works recommends that you use Colorbond downpipes as they do not need repainting unless you repaint the building and want the downpipes to match.
